Candidate Forum for Cary Elections offered by League of Women Voters, NAACP, WakeUp, & Zeta Phi Beta
RALEIGH, NC, September 23, 2019 - The League of Women Voters of Wake County, the NAACP, WakeUp Wake County, and Zeta Phi Beta encourage Wake County residents to vote in upcoming municipal elections. Our organizations are cosponsoring a candidate forum for the Cary Town Council election tonight. The forum will be moderated by WRAL news anchor Kathryn Brown. NC Board of Elections acting general counsel, Katelyn Love, will provide opening remarks.

October 8th is election day for both Raleigh and Cary. Early voting began September 18th. If necessary, any run-off elections will take place November 5th. (Election day for all other municipalities in Wake County is November 5th.) Consult the Wake County Board of Elections for changes or updates.
