For those who know little of this fast growing Wake County community, come get better acquainted with a special tour of Fuquay-Varina’s Museums Complex. This 90-minute docent-led tour will take us through the Town’s Complex of five museums: the Centennial Museum, the first Fuquay Post Office, the “Squire” Ballentine Schoolhouse, the Tobacco Barn and the Johnson Playhouse. Afterwards, enjoy lunch at the popular Garibaldi’s restaurant (Trip Advisor’s #1 choice) before heading home or, on your own, further explore the historic districts and shops of Varina and Fuquay.
League field trips are fun opportunities to meet other League members and learn about our community. (This is a members-only event.)
