Advocacy 101: The Basics

Do you want to be more politically active but are unsure of what to do? Are you engaged in advocacy but want to learn more? This session is designed for you! The program will include:

 .       Importance of Citizen Input, Finding Your Representatives Online, Voting History $ more -  Gailya Paliga (President, NC NOW)
·        NC General Assembly: How It Works & Communicating with Your Legislators – Paula Wolf (Political Consultant, Paulatics)
·        Effective Letters to the Editor: Guidelines and Strategies – Dianna Wynn (Communications Coordinator, LWV-Wake)
