Spectrum News Talks to LWV-Wake President Cheryl Tung About Being an Unaffiliated Voter
RALEIGH, N.C. — "For the first time in North Carolina history, the biggest block of voters doesn’t belong to the Republican or Democratic Party. Instead, they are unaffiliated voters.

Cheryl Tung is one of those unaffiliated voters."
